Program Overview
Our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu program is built on control first—positional dominance, pressure, and the ability to make correct decisions under resistance. Training prioritises real grappling skills that work when timing is imperfect, grips are limited, and the pace is high.
Sessions are structured and coach-led, focusing on positional awareness, transitions, submissions, and escapes that hold up under live pressure. Youth and adults train within the same disciplined environment, where technical precision, composure, and accountability are the standard.
Whether you are stepping onto the mats for the first time or refining an experienced game, training follows a clear progression. Emphasis is placed on safety, skill development, and long-term consistency—building athletes who can apply No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu effectively in competition, self-defence, and real-world scenarios.
