2. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM MINORS

We provide services to minors. Where a Member is under 18 years of age:

  • A parent or legal guardian must enter into the Membership Agreement on the minor’s behalf

  • The parent or guardian provides consent for the collection and use of the minor’s personal information

  • We only collect information reasonably required for participation, safety, and administration

3. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect personal information when you:

  • Apply for a membership or service

  • Complete forms on our website or app

  • Sign waivers or agreements

  • Make payments or purchases

  • Attend our facilities or events

  • Are captured on CCTV within our premises

By entering into a Membership Agreement, you consent to the use of such content across our website, social media, and other marketing platforms unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

We will not use images of minors for promotional purposes without appropriate consent.

6. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to third parties where reasonably necessary, including:

  • Payment processors (e.g. Ezidebit, Stripe or similar)

  • Website and technology providers (e.g. Wix)

  • Email, SMS, and app service providers

  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurance)

  • Regulatory bodies or law enforcement where required by law

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

7. OVERSEAS DISCLOSURE

Some of the third-party service providers we use (including Wix and payment platforms) may store or process data outside Australia.
